Our products undergo rigorous quality control measures and are assigned unique reference and batch numbers to ensure complete traceability. If you encounter any material or manufacturing defects, or if the product does not meet our high-quality standards, we will replace it at no additional cost.
This warranty is valid for the lifetime of the product from the date of delivery.
Please note that inserts and silicone caps are excluded from this warranty. However, we stand behind the quality of our products and are confident that they will provide reliable and long-lasting performance.
It's important to note that our warranty does not cover immediate restorations or damage to our products or implants due to external effects such as accidents, medical malpractice, or the failure of third-party implants.
Additionally, our warranty does not cover the failure of our products or the implants in cases of contraindications such as alcoholism, diabetes, smoking, or drug addiction. Patients must comply with generally accepted standards of good oral hygiene to ensure the longevity of the implant.
Finally, our warranty does not cover further claims or consequential damages such as laboratory charges or the costs of clinical and/or dental treatment. However, our team is always available to assist you with any questions or concerns you may have about our products or warranty.
OEMDent Warranty Does Not Cover:

Equipped with a 2.5 mm internal hexagon and bevel, this implant is compatible with a wide range of prosthetic components such as abutments, analogs, impression copings and healing caps, from systems like Alpha‑Bio’s own, BioHorizons® and others. The tapered beefed-up connection ensures a precise, stable prosthetic fit and supports easy restorative workflows.
The dual-lead, V-shaped threads, paired with a tapered body, are engineered to provide maximum bone engagement with each rotation. The implant’s thread depth and pitch distribute occlusal forces evenly across the bone interface, reducing stress concentration and supporting long-term marginal bone preservation.
This implant features micro-rings or micro-threads near the crest, working together with the internal hex platform-switching design. This combination shifts micro-gap stress away from the crestal bone, maintaining bone height and supporting healthy soft tissue contours, essential for esthetic and biologic success.
Yes, the surface undergoes RBM (Resorbable Blast Media) treatment, using calcium-phosphate-based particles to create a micro-rough and hydrophilic oxide layer conducive to rapid osteoblast attachment and bone growth. This treatment enhances osseointegration and long-term implant stability.
Clinically, this implant has proven successful in a wide variety of cases - from immediate implant placement after extraction to full-arch immediate load protocols, notably in softer bone types. Its tapered, aggressive design is often used in the posterior maxilla and mandible to achieve torque values supportive of immediate provisionalization.
Available in diameters from 3.5 mm to 5 mm and lengths between 8 mm and 16 mm, the implant is made of high-strength Titanium Grade 5 (Ti‑6Al‑4V ELI) - sterilized, double-packed and produced in Israel to strict quality standards.
For best results, it’s advised to slightly undersize the final drill compared to implant diameter; especially in softer bone, to utilize the implant’s bone-condensing capacity. During insertion, aim for a torque of 35–50 Ncm to guarantee sufficient primary stability. The self-tapping design creates consistent engagement without excessive drilling. Always employ copious irrigation and sharp drills to avoid heat generation and preserve osseointegration.
