All our dental implants and prosthetics are made
of Titanium alloy Ti 6Al 4V ELI, a material that combines properties such as low specific weight, high strength-to-weight ratio, very high corrosion resistance, and excellent general biocompatibility.
Our production facilities utilizes the most technologically advanced manufacturing machinery during our product development process, with the end goal of creating a perfectly calibrated product, aligned to compatibility with the specific platform requested by our clients. We conduct continuous and systematic quality assurance procedures on all the products we manufacture, as all products are packaged within an ISO Class 7 Clean Room. All our products are verified multiple times for quality control, as we guarantee that every product we begin shipping does not leave the factory unless it is in perfect condition!
SLA surface treatment technique aims to augment osseointegration by promoting greater bone-to-implant contact (BIC) through surface roughness. This method involves large-grit sandblasting to create macro-roughness on titanium surfaces, followed by acid-etching to add micro-roughness, resulting in an optimal surface for cell attachment. By enhancing roughness at multiple levels, SLA accelerates osseointegration by facilitating osteoblast proliferation and adherence to the implant surface. Consequently, SLA contributes to increased implant stability and prolonged longevity.
RBM surface treatment enhances implant roughness and hydrophilicity without leaving residual particles. This method involves blasting the implant with suitable hardened particles of Hydroxyapatite (beta-tricalcium Phosphate, Alpha Tcp, TTcp, and Calcium Phosphate (CPP), which are then cleared through a detailed passivation process. Achieving a roughness between Ra 1.2 and 1.5, this treatment surpasses traditional acid etches, improving osseointegration, retention, biological fixation, and overall implant-to-bone contact.

TI-6AL-4V ELI closely resembles Ti-6Al-4V, with the key distinction being its reduced levels of oxygen, nitrogen, carbon, and iron.
ELI, standing for "Extra Low Interstitials," ensures enhanced ductility and superior fracture toughness in the material. This composition makes TI-6AL-4V ELI exceptionally effective for the dental industry, ensuring durability and reliability in every dental implant and component application.
