ORDER PROCESSING

Once the order is checked and approved, it will be dispatched with the shipping courier selected by you, and a tracking number will be provided. Returns & Exchanges

Instructions on where to send returned or exchanged items will be provided. OEMDent.com will accept returns or exchanges only if the products are in their original packaging, undamaged, and in good condition. You must send the product(s) back within 60 days of receival. Exchanges may take up to ten business days to process after we receive the tracking number for the returned goods.
