We do request our clients to go through their purchase order and make sure they have ordered the exact products, quantities and requested sizes accordingly. 60 Day Return from Receival

Customers can contact us and request a refund or exchange within 60 days of receiving the item. Such requests should state the reason for the exchange or refund request, amongst them: client has received a malfunctioning product, client has received a wrong sized product, client has received an incorrect product. For such cases OEMDent.com will cover the expenses of any return or exchange shipment. All returned/exchanged products must be sent back in the same condition as they were received, and in their original packaging. Following the receival of the return shipment, and once the product(s) has arrived back to our warehouse, we will notify you via email of the successful processing of your refund. All returns must have a return authorization to qualify for a refund or exchange. Please be aware that order shipments that have gone unclaimed, or were refused at time of delivery, or are returned to us as undeliverable, will be subject to original shipping charges and will require return shipping charges. Clients are always welcome to contact us and reach out to any of our customer support representatives with any issues or questions, please make sure to have your purchase order number ready to allow for more efficient assistance.

Lifetime Warranty on Dental Implants

OEMDent.com provides a lifetime warranty for our numerous implants, in accordance with our commitment to high-quality products, standards, services, and client satisfaction. The terms and conditions of the lifetime warranty apply to originally purchased items by clients and distributors, and only with regards to implant procedures conducted by professionals. In any case of a defect in the implant, implant rejection, fracture, or contamination of the product as it was originally received, the client or distributor is requested to file a complaint report available in our website or will be sent upon demand to the requesting client, after which OEMDent.com will examine the reported product and provide a replacement once the filling has been approved.

It is imperative that the following terms and conditions be met to file a complaint report

  1. The warranty applies only to the original purchase, and the original purchaser, of the product.
  2. The warranty applies only to the product itself.
  3. It is necessary to provide documentation and/or photo evidence of the faulty product when filing a complaint.
  4. There are no other warranties, expressed or implied attributed to our products, besides this warranty.

Compensation Timeframe

Upon receiving your returned or exchanged items, we require 1-4 business days to process the request and issue and process a refund. Following this timeframe, your account will be credited in the following manner:

• Paypal payments will be refunded up to 48 hours from confirmation

• Credit Card payments will be refunded within 7-14 business days from confirmation
